And we do so for a very good reason indeed. Every job we do for our customers is planned, tracked, invoiced and communicated via this most excellent Australian-designed project management application. By doing so, it means, in most cases, we can track the whole course of any job from inception to finish.

Any information you provide to ServiceM8 is secure, and so all GDPR considerations are adhered to completely.

Other ServiceM8 benefits include, if the project is uncomplicated, and requires no investigations into specialist fittings, or associated work that might be involved, sending you an estimate** before we leave your premises. Within this estimate - or one we send later - there is an “Accept” link, which gives you the choice to start the ball rolling, and for us to book the work in to our joint calendars.

We love ServiceM8, it just works, and saves hours of laborious paperwork.

** estimates are based on what we can foresee as being necessary to complete the work required, and includes time and fittings. Should we discover unexpected factors whilst we undertake work for you, we will of course advise what impact this may have, and allow you to decide how we proceed. This does not happen very often of course, but please bear this in mind.
